Small claims evidence checklist
Prep only: gather and label materials so your file is ready if you use official Money Claims yourself.
- Identity and address details you have for each party.
- Contract, invoice, or other written terms of the deal.
- Proof of payment or non-payment (statements, receipts).
- Photos, reports, or delivery evidence supporting the facts.
- Letter-before-action or chase correspondence (if you already sent any).
- A running chronology you can paste from your CaseFirst timeline.
